Dr. Idris Hafidah Al-Mabrouk, CEO and Chairman of the Board of the Social Security Fund, announced the launch of several new service points—offices and units— which set to provide services to retirees, on Thursday, June 6, 2024.
Despite the challenges posed by the vast geographical area, the Libyan Social Security Fund remains committed to delivering high-quality services to villages and residential communities. The aim is to ensure these services reach those in need efficiently and effectively.
In his speech, Dr. Idris Hafidah stated: “The extensive distribution of the Social Security Fund’s service points across various parts of the Libyan soil reflects our commitment to continuously improving service quality wherever possible. Quality is the hallmark of our performance.”
Dr. Idris commended the outstanding role of the Social Security Fund employees, acknowledging their pivotal impact in overcoming numerous challenges and burdens.
He added, “Our efforts are driven by a desire to seek God’s contentment first and foremost, and by humanitarian, national, and moral obligations rooted in our true religion and the noble, authentic values and traditions of Libya.”
Dr. Idris Hafidah also detailed the distribution of the new offices and units as follows:
– East Benghazi Branch: (Security Services Office – New Benghazi and Security Services Unit – Boumariam- AlAbyar)
– West Benghazi Branch: (Al-Qawarsha Office – TIKA Office)
– Al-Qubba Branch: (Al-Abraq Office)
– Tripoli Branch: (Qasr Bin Ghashir Office)
– Central Region Branch: (Ahrawa Office)
– Western Region Branch: (New Social Security Services Office- Al Asabaa Office)
– Fezzan Branch: (Al-Shati Office)
