The Libyan Social Security Fund participated in a seminar whose activities were held in Algeria. The seminar was titled “Preventing and Combating Error, Evasion and Fraud in Social Security in North Africa”. It was organized in cooperation with the Liaison Office in North Africa and the International Social Security Association (ISSA), and hosted by the Algerian social security institutions.
The Libyan Fund delegation presented its experience in dealing with the challenges posed by the conflict crisis, and the solutions it implemented in accordance with the guidelines of the ISSA. This seminar provided an opportunity for social security organizations from the region to share best practices and strategies for improving the integrity and effectiveness of their systems.
