The IT Project Management Team at the Social Security Fund has officially announced the commencement of the first operational phase of the Digital Transformation Project.
During the meeting, the official supervising the team’s work, Mr. Tajuddin Bousweiq, stated that this step aims to strengthen the Fund’s digital transformation efforts, develop its automated infrastructure, and enhance the efficiency and quality of its digital services.
Mr. Bousweiq further explained that the upcoming phase will include the implementation of several automated systems, most notably the Integrated Social Security System, noting that the unification of these platforms will mark a qualitative leap for both management and employees.
Commenting on the project, the Head of the IT Project Management Team, Dr. Adel Anaiba, emphasized that—God willing—the success of this initiative ultimately depends on the dedication of those working on it. He went on to explain that the true driving force of progress lies in our readiness to embrace change; without genuine will, no degree of logistical or technical advancement will bring the desired results.
Dr. Anaiba also expressed his confidence that the project will significantly improve the delivery of services to beneficiaries and partner entities by enhancing service quality, reducing paperwork, and increasing operational efficiency while minimizing errors and delays.
In conclusion, the team affirmed that this phase marks only the beginning, highlighting that the project will proceed through additional stages, including the expansion of service coverage, the integration of systems, and the implementation of further upgrades—details of which will be unveiled in due course with comprehensive information.
