As part of its ongoing efforts to elevate its service delivery system, the Social Security Fund has launched an ambitious initiative aimed at fundamentally transforming its operational mechanisms.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pursuant to Resolution No. (119) of 2025 An elite team of information and communication technology professionals convened\u2014led by Eng. Azeldin Al-Houti, Head of the Information Security Department and Leader of the designated technical committee\u2014alongside heads of IT departments from the Fund\u2019s various branches.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This important meeting, held on the afternoon of Thursday, April 17, 2025, centered on the activation of the Integrated Networking Project, an ambitious undertaking designed to seamlessly interconnect social security service offices with the branch executives and the Fund\u2019s General Administration. This initiative paves the way for a new era of integrated digital services.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This strategic effort aims to comprehensively modernize social security services by adopting cutting-edge technologies and transitioning from traditional procedures to advanced digital systems across all departments, divisions, and branches.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this context, Eng. Ali Al-Hassi, Head of the Information Technology Department, delivered valuable directives emphasizing the need to uphold the highest standards of quality, precision, and efficiency in the implementation of the new systems.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He expressed deep appreciation for the continuous support provided by the CEO and Chairman of the Board to the IT Department. Additionally, he praised the unwavering dedication and efforts of the IT personnel at the branch level, recognizing their key role in advancing the targeted transformation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, Eng. Sami Mohamed, Head of the ICT Department at the Butnan Branch, underscored the critical importance his branch places on accelerating the implementation of this vital project across all affiliated offices. He reaffirmed their firm commitment to adhering to the implementation timeline set by the IT and Communications Department, expressing gratitude to the CEO and Chairman of the Board and the IT Department for their ongoing support and provision of the latest technologies that enhance service quality.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Undoubtedly, this project marks a pioneering step toward a more advanced and efficient future for the Social Security Fund, promising a positive impact on the quality and swiftness of services provided to beneficiaries.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
